Scandi Styling / Style Reads

Looking to brush up on your Scandi style as well as language skills? Recent Swedish classic Säker Stil is an everything-you-need-to-know style guide, which I’ve already checked off my list. For a quirkier approach to dressing, try reading Danish mega-blogger Pernille Teisbaek’s new release ‘Dress Scandinavian’. I’m really curious to read it, as her personal style is so Scandi and yet so eclectic at the same time. A third option is rising Norwegian star Eirin Kristiansen’s lifestyle and blogging tips ‘Miss Independent’.

Have you read any of these yet?

Scandi Shopping / Danish Brands

Danish fashion is just so cool. While being minimalist, the Danes have an edge that the other Scandis typically don’t have. Leather jackets, coloured furs, and studded boots are the norm. On my next trip to Copenhagen, these are some brands I’d like to check out. What are your favourites?

1. Ganni / Regnegade 12, 1110 København K, Denmark

2. Hosbjerg / Online only

3. Billi BiKøbmagergade 27, 1150 København K, Denamark

4. HeartmadePilestræde 45, 1112 København K, Denmark

5. Meotine / Online only until May
